Refund and Returns Policy

At Sleep Cove, every bed and upholstered furniture piece is carefully handcrafted and made to order according to your selected specifications. As all products are bespoke and produced specifically for you, most items are non-returnable once production has started.

We are committed to ensuring every customer feels fully supported throughout their experience with Sleep Cove.

Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 24-hour cooling-off period from the time your order is placed.

During this period, you may cancel your order free of charge by contacting us in writing via email or letter.

Once the 24-hour cooling-off period has passed, your order will enter production and cancellation charges may apply.

Cancellations

Cancelling Within 24 Hours

If you wish to cancel your order within the 24-hour cooling-off period, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with written confirmation of your cancellation request.

You will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees.

Cancelling After 24 Hours

As all Sleep Cove products are made to order, cancellations requested after the 24-hour cooling-off period may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the total order value to cover production and material costs already incurred.

Once an order has been fully processed or completed, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns

Because every item is custom-made specifically for each customer, we do not generally accept returns unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item has arrived damaged
  • The incorrect product has been delivered

If you believe your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support Team within 14 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the issue to help us assess the problem and provide the most suitable resolution.

Where a return is approved, our collection team will arrange a suitable collection date based on our delivery schedule. Products should remain in the condition they were received.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If your packaging appears damaged, torn, or impacted during delivery, please note this with the courier at the time of delivery and contact us immediately with supporting photographs.

If a manufacturing fault develops after delivery, your item may be covered under our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, beginning from the date your order is delivered.

The warranty covers manufacturing and structural defects under normal domestic use. It does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse
  • Fabric wear or staining
  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper assembly or care

Product Measurements & Access

As all Sleep Cove beds are bespoke and made to order, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check:

  • Product dimensions
  • Access points
  • Staircases
  • Doorways
  • Room measurements

before placing an order.

Sleep Cove cannot accept responsibility for items that do not fit into your property due to insufficient access or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Fabric & Colour Variations

All product photography is captured under professional studio lighting. Colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions, monitor settings, and fabric batches.

To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend requesting fabric samples before placing your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used when placing the order.

Please allow up to 7 business days for refunded payments to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
