All Sleep Cove products are carefully handcrafted using quality materials and expert craftsmanship to ensure exceptional comfort, durability, and luxury finishes.

Are your items guaranteed?

Yes, all Sleep Cove products include a 1-year manufacturing guarantee covering structural defects and workmanship faults under normal domestic use. This excludes accidental damage, misuse, fabric wear, staining, or general deterioration over time.

Can you guarantee an exact fabric colour match?

Due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and natural fabric variations, slight differences in colour may occur between fabric samples and final upholstered products.

Can I use my own fabric for upholstery?

Yes, selected products can be upholstered using customer-provided fabrics. Please contact our customer support team before placing your order to discuss fabric suitability and requirements.

Can I delay the delivery of my order?

Yes, delivery can be delayed if arranged before production is completed. Please contact us as early as possible after placing your order so we can schedule production and delivery accordingly.

Do you offer trade accounts?
